Avedian Properties was established in 1994, in Visalia, CA. The family owned and operated business has grown from a modest start to well over 40 licensed agents, who are all REALTORS! Avedian Properties has many experienced agents who sell residential and commercial properties. Our main office is located in the heart of beautiful "Downtown Visalia" at 209 W. Main Street. Recently we have a second location on Mooney, and a third office in Exeter. We not only work here, we live here, our children go to school here and we participate in many local events, support local charities, the arts, athletics and education. Avedian Properties is a member of the Tulare County Association of Realtors, the California and National Association of Realtors! In addition we are members of the Tulare and Fresno Multiple Listing Services, so we are able to find any home listed in the general area! We have also represented Buyer's and Seller's in Fresno, Bakersfield, Reedley, Kingsburg, Hanford, Lemoore, Porterville, Tulare, Three Rivers, Dinuba, Exeter, Merced, Modesto, San Jose, the Central Coast, San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas and beyond.
