Avdel Aerospace is a division of Avdel (India) Pvt. Ltd. which was founded in 1961 and has been supplying fasteners, raw material and other hardware to Aerospace & Industrial customers. In 2010, Avdel (India’s) Industrial business was demerged and hived off as an independent unit giving Avdel India the focus they needed to expand their Aerospace operations. Over the past year, Avdel Aerospace has successfully expanded their operations and are now a leading supplier of hardware and speciality raw materials to most Indian Aerospace companies. Avdel Aerospace’s warehouses and sales office locations around India include Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai Thiruvananthapuram and Kanpur thus giving them a strategic advantage of effectively covering the geography of the major Aerospace pockets around India. Avdel Aerospace acts as distributors for several well-known leading international hardware and raw material manufacturers. Honeycomb (metallic and non-metalic) and Prepregs (carbon, glass and hybrid) offer lighter weight solutions for structural applications and are supplied by Avdel (India) to not only the aerospace industry but also to rail, shipping and wind energy industries.
