Doora is the delivery intelligence layer for every city. We give every 3 metres of a city a permanent, bilingual 3-word address (e.g. sano-raato-pul / सानो रातो पुल) and Plus Code, then turn every delivery into shared intelligence: which doors succeed, which fail and why, and the hours an address actually receives. THE PROBLEM Most cities run on landmarks, not addresses. Over 90% of homes and shops in unmapped cities have no formal street address, and 15-30% of cash-on-delivery orders fail on the first attempt. Doora gives every location a permanent, 3-metre-precise code, no lookup tables, no manual naming. HOW IT WORKS Any coordinate maps deterministically to a permanent 3-word code, computed offline with zero network calls. Riders report delivery outcomes, and every drop sharpens success rates the whole network can see, a moat no single map provider can build alone, because it depends on pooled, anonymised data across partners. BUILT FOR Delivery, e-commerce, and ride-hailing platforms operating in Nepal. Integration is one REST call at checkout and one at delivery, live in a day, no basemap licence required.
