Avant is a full-service Design/Build Firm that works with every aspect of the home building process to help you build the home you want, within your budget. We help you (or work with your agent) to find a lot. We provide you with the pros and cons of the different lots and help determine the cost of the improvement each of them. We design a home that you want, which takes advantages of the views and contours of the lot. You will be provided with floor plans, elevations and a very detailed line-item budget before having to decide if you want to build with us. Ultimately, we build you a home you love and provide you with an interior designer to help with ideas of your colors and selections.
