AVAAS Information

AVAAS certifies how an AI system behaves at that point, where its output reaches a person and drives a decision that matters. Most AI assurance looks at how an organization runs its process or what data goes into a model. AVAAS looks at the decision point itself and provides documented, third-party evidence that a system conforms to a published standard. The result is a letter grade a company can share with customers, partners, and regulators, along with a private report that shows what to address. AVAAS is structured so that the party that sets the standard, the party that runs the evaluation, and the party being certified are three separate entities. That separation is what keeps the evaluation independent. AVAAS stands for Alignment Verification and Assurance Standard.
