Auxilium designs, runs and protects the IT infrastructure of companies that cannot afford to stop. We were founded in 2008 in Volpiano, just outside Turin, and we have a second technical hub in Iași, Romania. We are about twenty people and we look after 97 organisations: manufacturers, private healthcare, professional firms, logistics, finance and retail. We work as a service provider: we don't sell a box and disappear, we take charge of the service and answer for how it runs. Our in-house monitoring centre is staffed 24 hours a day, every day. What we do: • Infrastructure: virtualisation and hyperconvergence, storage, backup and disaster recovery. • Cybersecurity: firewalls, access protection, factory network segmentation, NIS2 compliance. • Connectivity and telephony. • Managed services, with continuous monitoring and fast response. This year we started bringing artificial intelligence into companies on private cloud: high-end models hosted at the customer's site or in our data centre, data and documents that never leave the company, a fixed cost that doesn't depend on how many questions are asked, and access designed for every employee. We built it and measured it on ourselves first: our team uses it every day. We write about what we see in the field, including the mistakes that taught us something.
