Founded Autoplay AI at Betaworks Studios in New York. We’re on a mission to fix onboarding and continuous feature adoption by giving you the tools to extend your existing AI support agent into a personalized onboarding agent. It’s getting easier to build new products. We’re trying to make it easier to adopt them. How it works: Step 1: Give your support agent live user context. Stream live user activity from your existing session replay or product analytics provider into your AI support agent via our MCP server. Your agent now understands what each user is doing in the platform. We’ve already seen this context increase resolution rates by 15%. Step 2: Turn it into an onboarding agent. Define the “aha moment” you want new users to reach and give it to the agent as its objective. With context on what each user has and hasn’t done, the agent can proactively personalize guidance and help them reach value at the right time. Step 3: A/B test your aha moment. Test different paths to value using live data on how users respond to real-time guidance, and understand which approach actually gets them there. Step 4: Drive continuous feature adoption. Every time you release a product update, tell the agent. It can reason about which users should discover the new feature, when it’s relevant to them, and how to guide them there based on where they are in their lifecycle.
