Automatiseringscentrum Ideta B.V. Information

Former IT business unit of the Dutch retail company Maxeda, formerly known as KBB (Koninklijke Bijenkorf Beheer). The name Ideta was used until changed into Vendex KBB IT Services after the Vendex/KBB merger in 1999. The takeover by Kohlberg, Kravis & Roberts (KKR) in 2004 resulted in a new name: Maxeda IT Services. In 2008 formerly known Ideta was aquired by Capgemini and got assimilated into Capgemini Outsourcing Services.
