Automation Development Inc manufactures custom equipment for assembling, testing and packing a wide variety of products. From initial concept through system runoff we work closely with our customer to provide quality machines which meet or exceed our customers requirements. Since each machine is custom built in our own facility we maintain complete control of the build process from the design phase through machine runoff. Plating and painting are the only services not performed in house. This means we have greater control the build process, it also minimizes delays caused by outside suppliers. Our capabilities include: 3D CAD Workstations for Machine Design Full Machine Shop Including- CNC Milling and Turning Conventional Milling and Turning Mig & Tig Welding, Plasma Cutting Electrical Control Systems Design & Fabrication PLC & Robotic Programming Vision Systems Programming Machine Assembly & Debug Facilities Vibratory Feeder Mockup, Testing & Tooling All machines are custom designed on our 3D CAD workstations. Your system's design is presented to you for a design review before manufacturing begins. We keep you informed of your machine's progress with regular status reports. All machines go through extensive runoffs and safety checks before being shipped. Since all our machines are custom, the options are almost limitless.
