Authority Under Pressure® is an executive leadership advisory practice founded by Trisha King. We work with women in financial and regulated environments who are navigating increased responsibility, visibility and complexity, and who want to lead with clarity rather than endurance. Our focus is leadership judgement under pressure: decision-making in ambiguity, navigating political systems, and building influence without over-functioning. Many capable women reach senior roles through resilience and competence. Fewer are supported to consolidate authority in a way that is both commercially credible and personally sustainable. That gap is what this practice exists to close. Trisha brings over 20 years of experience across financial services, including AXA and Zurich, and has led enterprise-level leadership development in complex organisations. She holds the ACII qualification and is an accredited coach.
