Authentic Wagyu Information

Authentic Wagyu’s 100% Fullblood Wagyu is raised in Enumclaw, Washington. We start with genetics from the Tajima bloodlines, and then carefully select from different Japanese Prefectures that are best suited for each individual animal. The genetic pool of Wagyu imported from Japan was very limited. This outcrossing reduce the inbreeding and creates a more vigorous Wagyu while greatly reducing health-related issues. This method is referred to as a “Rotational Breeding”, a practice that is used by Wagyu breeders in Japan.
