We believe that health is the authentic distribution of your most finite psychic resources; Time, Energy and Attention. When these resources are directed with intent and congruent with all aspects of the "self" - Biological, Psychological and Energetic or Spiritual - we become the creators of our own reality - and tap into infinite potential. Our workshops combine the inter-dependent elements that promote the individual transcendence process of relaxing into truth about who you are, the natural inclinations you have and the gifts you can give to the world.
