Authentic Performance features a coaching staff with more than 40 years of training athletes of all ages and ability. It is our mission to assist our athletes is realizing their highest level of potential and positively influence everyone that enters our facility. In an age of fads and the next best thing, we at Authentic Performance believe what true professionals in the Human Performance industry know… There is no substitute for excellent programs, coaching, and hard work. Using our decades of experience working from Olympians and professional athletes to the injured, disabled and youth we combine the tenants of a holistic approach to our programs while understanding the specific individual differences regardless of age, ability, or goal.
