Authentic Impact is a management consulting practice for nonprofits, philanthropists, and movement organizations. We build the governance, operations, and giving practices that justice requires. We believe organizations are living systems. They grow, strain, and adapt. We help build the structures that let the work last. Our work spans three areas: Governance and compliance. Authentic Impact is led by Christine White, J.D., M.B.A. Christine grew up in Oakland and Atlanta in a family of organizers. She spent more than seven years leading a six-entity philanthropic platform without in-house counsel, scaled annual deployment roughly twentyfold, and served as fiscal sponsor for nine organizations. Most of that funding went to Black, Latine, Asian American, and LGBTQI+-led frontline groups. We practice consulting as an act of love. The rigorous kind.
