Description -We are a commercial general contractor that specializes in insurance recovery projects and are paid on a contingency fee basis. -We work on behalf of the property owners and management companies where there has been storm damage incurred to the property. -As our client’s construction advisor, we asses the property loss accurately using industry-recognized scope and pricing preparation and mediate with your insurance company to ensure optimal settlement. -We work on all storm claims such as hail, tornadoes, and hurricanes and have been successful assisting our clients going back as many as 4 years on old storm damage. -We will perform a free inspection of properties to see if there is any valid storm damage claim. If so we will work with the client and their insurance company to favorably resolve claims. -If successful in getting the claim approved for damages then we perform the scope of work for the awarded insurance proceeds.
