Austrian Scientific Computing (ASC) – formerly known as the Vienna Scientific Cluster (VSC) – is a collaboration of Austrian universities that provides supercomputer resources and technical support to their users. The current flagship systems, MUSICA, VSC-5 and VSC-4, are the fastest national supercomputers. They power advanced research and innovation in fields such as physics, chemistry, climate science, life sciences, engineering, and beyond. The ASC consortium includes TU Wien, University of Vienna, BOKU University, University of Innsbruck, Graz University of Technology, Johannes Kepler University Linz, and the Institute of Science and Technology (ISTA).
