Since we began almost 40 years ago, we’ve been operating to benefit our members. We don’t pay dividends to shareholders and our profits are returned to members via products and services that are tailored to their needs. Our mission is to empower our members to live their best possible retirement, which is why we have an in-house team, who assists our members every step of the way. We deliver a comprehensive suite of personalised services that address members’ superannuation, pension, insurance, retirement planning, financial planning and administration requirements. As of 30 June 2020, we managed $9 billion on behalf of 86,000 members and supported more than 5,000 employers across Australia.
