Originally trading as Austeam Appliances (since 2001), Auspresso Pty Ltd evolved as the demand for automatic coffee machines took off in Australia and we recognised the need for technicians in this field. Headed by Calvin Tilley, who surprisingly after 18yrs still gets excited over a new model coffee machine and has to pull it apart to see how it ticks. Auspresso never misses an opportunity for technical training and often hold training sessions on our premises. However, the secret to good coffee is not just the equipment so our staff are all taught and encouraged to make espresso drinks on traditional machines to have a full understanding of what it takes to get a perfect pour. When we had a coffee roaster sharing our premises it was a joy to watch and learn the roasting process, however with growing demand we have had to outsource our coffee roasting. Sonia Tilley is married to Calvin and there isn't much that goes on in the business that she doesn't know about. Don't be afraid to ask her for technical advice.... she spends a lot of time looking over Calvin's shoulder so she knows quite a bit about the internal workings of a coffee machine. We aim to be the preferred supplier/servicer of coffee machines and related products to corporate and business customers, allowing them to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction, as well as their own customer service, through making quality coffee available to staff and customers at a reasonable cost.
