We are a team of scientists and engineers who are passionate about coffee. We want to bring the care back into coffee making, starting with the weakest link — Home Brewing. Often times we are faced with the dilemma of good coffee vs. convenience. From capsule pods to mass made coffee, no justice has been done to honor the work put in by coffee farmers and roasters. Baristas and coffee professionals have spent years perfecting the science and techniques behind brewing specialty coffee. We searched far and wide for the way to do this at home - only to find ourselves lost in the process of learning the whole set of tools and jargons. We believe great coffee should be accessible to everyone. So we decided to invent the Auroma One.
