About Aura Technical Services Aura Technical Services Ltd is a specialist MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) management consultancy supporting Tier 1 main contractors and clients across complex construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. We are not a volume consultancy. We focus on technically demanding, high-risk projects where MEP performance is critical to successful delivery — and where experienced technical leadership makes a measurable difference. What we do We provide end-to-end MEP management support across the full project lifecycle, including: • Pre-construction technical support Validation surveys, tender reviews, risk identification, programme input, and client interview support • Design management Technical review and coordination of contractor proposals, ensuring consultant comments are closed out and designs are deliverable • Delivery & site management Leading MEP installations on site, managing subcontractors, driving quality, and running structured weekly MEP meetings • Programme & planning integration Working closely with project planners to ensure MEP sequencing is realistic, detailed, and aligned with overall delivery • Client interface & reporting Representing the main contractor in client meetings and managing all MEP-related queries with clarity and authority • Commissioning & handover Writing detailed commissioning programmes, managing testing and commissioning activities, and ensuring smooth client training and handover What makes us different We combine deep, hands-on MEP experience with a forward-thinking approach to project delivery.
