About 25% of children in Nigerian & SubSaharan Africa live with micronutrient deficiencies and malnutrition. Malnutrition affects children from both rural & urban communities leading to the prevalence of diseases, poor academic performance and chances of success in adulthood. In most homes, there is a high rate of poor dietary diversity and inadequate access to affordable nutritious foods as most children are fed mostly imported, expensive packaged cereals which hardly meet specific nutritional requirements for young children in our clime. Our mission at Augustsecrets Ltd is to empower young children & families to live healthier by solving these nutrition challenges using creative, wholesome homegrown food solutions. We make unique cereal and food blends using all-African food. We are building the largest most purposeful childcare brand in Nigeria and by extension Sub-Saharan Africa. Our flagship product line, Jadens Natural Cereals is wholesome, 100% natural with all African superfoods & ingredients sourced from small-holder farmers and retailing from 400+ outlets within Nigeria and African shops abroad.
