August Contracting Ltd. was founded in January of 2004 and has recently completed 10 full years of service in the construction sector. The founding partners had a vision of providing high quality workmanship at reasonable prices in the building restoration industry. This was achieved by surrounding themselves with experienced project managers, quality site supervisors that take a great deal of pride in their work, and supporting them with skilled and professional labour. The company's president, Jerry Girardi, with his educational background, broke into the industry with an established engineering and building consulting firm, managing and overseeing hundreds of building restoration projects in the GTA over his tenure there. He later spent several years on the contracting side as a senior project manager and chief estimator for two building restoration companies before founding August Contracting Ltd. in early 2004. Mr. Girardi brings over 25 years experience in the construction industry. The company philosophy is built through teamwork and that every employee is only as good as those around him. We believe in promoting from within and that traits such as loyalty and professionalism are an integral part of a winning team atmosphere. We strive to bring each and every one of our clients a high quality project at a competitive and reasonable price.
