Audubon is an Atlanta based firm that specializes in the acquisition and management of multifamily properties throughout the Southeastern region of the United States. With a senior staff that has collectively acquired, managed and renovated more than 30,000 apartment units, Audubon has a wide range of experience and expertise in repositioning multifamily assets. Our focused value-add approach to real estate investment has consistently generated highly-attractive risk adjusted returns for our investors. By combining an entrepreneurial spirit with institutional experience, we have developed a fully integrated platform that includes asset and property management, financing, construction management and financial reporting. Since acquiring it's first asset in June 2003, Audubon has quickly established itself as a leading owner and operator of multifamily assets. The current portfolio consists of 23 properties containing more than 5,000 units.
