We are a member of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association, the Kiwanis and licensed by The Department of Health and Hospitals. Philosophy of Service: We believe that the focus of nursing services is the resident. The resident has a right to privacy, dignity and equality and should have confidence and trust in the safety and thoroughness of his or her care. Vision: Our goal is to provide friendly and personalized treatment, under the direction of the resident's personal physician, that not only meets the residents' needs for medical care, but also motivates them to enjoy a full spiritual, social, and recreational life. Values: The staff of Audubon Health and Rehab is trained to give residents the warm and pleasant relationship they need to assist in their recovery and to make their lives at Audubon as rewarding as possible.
