Auckland Choral Society Information

Auckland Choral Foundation has been established to help the choir financially, and to ensure that it continues to flourish. The Foundation is a registered Charitable Trust, governed by an independent Board of Trustees. Funds are invested to provide capital growth and maintain value, and only the earnings from investments are made available for distribution. In this way the Foundation's endowment fund will continue to grow indefinitely. The Foundation distributes its earnings strategically, to support special projects and initiatives of the Auckland Choral community. Recent distributions have funded singing scholarships and internships, new commissions and the general advancement of choral performance in the Auckland area. How can you help? Auckland Choral Foundation actively seeks gifts, donations and bequests, large or small, from benefactors who wish to assist with the choir's long-term success. Donations are tax deductible. All donations are received tax-free in the hands of the Foundation, and all earnings generated from investing donations are tax-free.
