AuCA Information

We're Cat and Aaron, partners in life and in work, and we co-founded AuCA. Together, we bring decades of experience across the not-for-profit, government, and corporate sectors. We've worked both on the ground and at the strategy table, and our work helps organisations build effective programs, secure funding, and improve the systems that support their work. Whether you're growing, evolving, or trying to navigate complexity, we can help you move forward with clarity and momentum. We can help develop: - Strategies that are clean and actionable - Systems that support people, not just processes - Programs designed for real-world conditions - Funding strategies that align with your purpose
