Attitude School Soft Skills Training is an important part of Student Training as it has a significant impact on Personality Development. The Soft Skills Training conducted by Attitude School focuses on elements of Training and Development that require changes in behavior and thinking. Soft Skills as opposed to hard skills (such as technical skills), greatly impacts the personality development of Students. Our intent is also to enlighten young minds about the importance of soft skills in their professional lives. We are conducting regular classes focusing on Soft Skills. We believe that the experience and expertise shared in this workshop would help ease the transition of college students into the workplace and be prepared for challenging situations that they may encounter. Our Methodology - We use a combination of Case studies, Role Plays, Games, Activities and Audio and video clips along with Power Point Presentations to make process of learning experiential.
