Atria is a firm of architects, engineers, project managers and consultants, specializing in partnerships with international architecture and engineering companies that aim to develop projects in Brazil. We also assist foreign governments and international agencies in designing and constructing their diplomatic representations and headquarters throughout the country. At the core of our work there is a profound commitment to strive for innovative design solutions, consistent to artistic thinking, aligned with the concepts of environmental preservation and based on a production methodology that is multidisciplinary. We believe working in this manner enables ambitious project solutions, while still allowing us to offer the necessary skills and tools to guarantee our clients the best cost-benefit scenarios. Atria was awarded by the Institute of Architects of Brazil at the Biennial of Architecture in Brasília in 2006, and has since then won and been awarded in national and international architecture contests such as the Projeto Orla Brasilia, Embassy of Kuwait in Brasília, The Brazil Pavilion at the Expo 2015 Milan, the Brazilian Navy’s Research Base in Antarctica and The Maharastra Nature Park in Mumbai, India, the Israeli Embassy Renovation in Brasilia and the New Embassy Complex of the United States Embassy in Brasilia. Atria’s list of complete projects includes also the headquarters of the Giacometti Communication Agency in Brasília, the auditorium of the Bettiol Law Firm building, the headquarters of the Special Secretariat for Human Rights of the Presidency of the Republic in Brazil, and a wide range of private projects for apartments and houses. Our multidisciplinary and multilingual team serves international clients such as the governments of India, Kuwait, Israel and the United States of America. Working in this context, Atria has developed strategic partnerships with foreign architectural and engineering practices in North America and Europe.
