AtReef Information

I started AtReef Therapy PLLC to help people feel steady, connected, and in control. When anxiety, burnout, or relationship stress make life feel small, I offer clear, research-grounded steps so you can feel better and function better. I work with couples and individuals. Sessions are practical and focused. You will leave with small, doable homework, so progress continues between sessions. Most clients notice early wins, then build lasting change with support and accountability. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I explain what we are doing and why, in plain language. We set goals together, track progress, and adjust quickly. If something is not helping, we change it. Your time matters. I integrate the Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, and Self-Reflective Relationship Therapy, a model I founded to strengthen emotional safety and communication. Over 4,000 clients have trusted this process. Couples learn to de-escalate conflict, repair faster, and grow intimacy. Individuals learn skills to calm the nervous system, set boundaries, and move through stuck patterns. Care is flexible. Some people want brief, solution-focused work. Others prefer deeper therapy. I meet you where you are, at a pace that fits your life and values. I see clients in person in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I also offer secure online therapy across MA, FL, TX, MI, NC, and SC. Daytime and limited evening appointments are available. Scheduling is simple, and I try to minimize paperwork and hassle. If you are unsure where to start, a short consult can help. We will clarify your goals, outline a first step, and answer questions about fit, fees, and timelines. You will know exactly what therapy would look like with me.
