Atlas Performance and CrossFit is a 10,000 sq ft facility where we believe that everyone is an athlete and deserves to train like one. Not every athlete trains the same way, which is why we focus on offering an incomparable amount of variety in our programming at our two locations. While both of our locations are within a CrossFit gym, we understand that CrossFit may not be for every Atlas athlete, and that is okay! CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. At Atlas Performance we take variation and intensity to the next level, offering a variety of HIIT classes that will challenge your speed, agility, quickness, endurance, and strength in formats that will push you to the limits of both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. So whether you are looking for a CrossFit gym that offers more variety, or you just want to be part of the best HIIT gym in Chicago, Atlas Performance is the place for you. We offer beginner to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, strength training, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, gymnastics, rowing and running. We have two locations! Atlas and Performance and CrossFit in River North and Atlas Performance at CrossFit Logan in Logan Square!
