Atlantis Computer Services is based in Ryde, NSW and offers a call out service to all suburbs within about 15 km's of Ryde. Remote support via the internet is available Australia wide as long as you have a working broadband internet service. Work is usually charged at $70/hour with a $25 call out fee. If you prefer I can give you a fixed price quote based on a description of the problem. The call out fee does not apply if you bring the computer to me in Ryde or for remote support. Many repairs can be carried out at your home or office but if it looks like taking a long time then it may be necessary to bring the PC back to Ryde and then return it to you when repairs are complete.
