At the commencement and termination of each tenancy we complete an extensive condition report, detailing the overall condition and features on the property. We also take a number of photos to compare the before and after condition of the property. A bond of four week's rent is lodged with the Residential Bond Board prior to the property keys being given to the tenant. The tenants are also required to pay two weeks rent up front and maintain rental payments on time throughout their tenancy. Are routine inspections carried out by the Bay.View.Beach team? Yes. We arrange a property visit early in a new tenancy, and from there onwards carry out inspections a minimum of every six months.
