“Atieh Dadeh Pardaz” is a knowledge base company and familiar name in telecom and information technology industry in Iran, a reputed name and innovative company that has been able to gain confidence in various financial, banking and industrial sectors of the country in the course of more than 16 years of operation and, to the best of its ability, to offer customers. In pursuing its goal, the company continued to pursue its innovative policies from 2014 to enter the financial industry, and in search of this goal, for three years, searched for the most up-to-date payment technologies in European and American countries. Finally, in 2016 it achieved the technology and, in order to develop and localize it, set up a company in this field. Eventually, the "Atipay Mobile Network"​ was created with a major stake in “Atieh Dadeh Pardaz”, which has been the first to provide BLE-based payment services with the bluet brand in the country, with the use of experienced and efficient human capital.
