We are an Academy for Trainers, Coaches, Athletes and "Fit Enthusiasts". We are educating them in Poland through courses, seminars and trainings and via our unique YouTube Athletic Developpment channel. === WHAT WE STAND FOR === What we deeply believe is that any personal development and transformation may be based only on holistic approach towards any tools and methods that are being used to achieve goals. For us, "fit body" is not only about training but about being fit and healthy with one's body, mind, spirit and emotions. Building on the experience of working with thousands of clients, leading dozens of trainings and workshops and educating through our YouTube channel, we have developed a unique system — a comprehensive collection of tools, methods and practical solutions for every Coach, Athlete and "Fit Enthusiast". === HOLISTIC BODY APPROACH™ === We called this system Holistic Body Approach™ and we built it on four pillars: * Training * Nutritioning * Regeneration * Motivation === WHO WE ARE === Our team is a group of top-notch coaches, experts and experienced motivators. Each of us has different background but we are linked by the very same thing — the passion for excellence combined with a passion for simplicity and the desire to understand how a human being "works" in a holistic way — with their body, mind, emotions and motivation. We are keen on development and continuous learning, questioning "the status quo", asking difficult questions and seeking answers. We have also unique passion for education and sharing knowledge and experience.
