We believe training must be practical, relevant and up-to-date, using high calibre instructors who present interesting, stimulating and thought-provoking methods of training presented in innovative ways. The focus of athletic training should be on the development of "Raw Athletic Qualities" most beneficial to the specific sport and developed to the highest levels possible. We are committed to a high instructor-to-athlete ratio and feel the more personal the training, the more effective the message.
