Athens Thyroid Center Information

Athens Thyroid Center is dedicated to providing exemplary medical care and cutting edge surgical treatment to patients with problems of the thyroid and parathyroid glands. Our multidisciplinary medical network includes a wide group of experts in the identification, classification and management of endocrine disorders. We are actively involved in investigating the causes, exploring optimal cure strategies, as well as developing prevention programs, for thyroid and parathyroid diseases. Our efforts also extend to the medical community at large so that the standard of care for all thyroid patients may be improved worldwide. Although the Center is based in Athens (Greece), it provides a referral service to thyroid specialists across the country and throughout Europe.
