Ateneo Consultants for Organization Development and Empowerment (CODE), formerly known as the Ateneo Student Trainers (STRAINS), is a non-profit organization that envisions a society where youth and youth-oriented organizations are able to flourish and enact positive, sustainable change in their communities. Ateneo CODE aims to serve youth and youth-oriented organizations through the practice of Organization Development. As consultants, members are trained to collaborate with clients to train, develop, and strengthen their knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards attaining an integrated non-academic formation. For the past years, CODE has partnered with local, regional, and national institutions, schools, and organizations to forward its growing cause.
