Ateneo Consultants for Organization Development and Empowerment (Ateneo CODE), formerly known as the Ateneo Student Trainers (STRAINS), is a student-led organization in the Ateneo de Manila University specializing in Organization Development (OD) consulting for youth and youth-oriented organizations. Here, we envision a society of developed individuals by forming sustainable environments conducive for people to flourish. It is our mission to empower the youth to continually develop their organizations and engage in nation-building To advance this, we provide contextualized and evidence-informed OD services tailored to each client's unique needs. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we take a diagnostic approach to every engagement by understanding organizational realities and co-creating interventions that develop leaders, strengthen systems, and cultivate healthy organizational cultures. Behind every engagement is a rigorous consultant formation program. Every Ateneo CODE consultant undergoes structured training in diagnosis, systems-thinking, facilitation, and consulting before serving clients. Through continuous formation, our members are equipped to deliver professional and impactful interventions grounded in both theory and practice. Over the years, Ateneo CODE has partnered with youth organizations, student councils, local government units, and barangay youth councils, across local, regional, and national communities. Our consulting services are offered free of charge in pursuit of our mission and values. Questions? Get in touch.
