However, we want to change the way we experience chocolate. Each bean has been shaped by the warm rainforest rain, the rich minerals in the earth and the warm, lumbering sun. Our roasting techniques keep the flavor development as true to their aromas as possible. We acquire beans from ethical, single plantations and nurture their exceptional essence.
