Atelier Pacifica Information

Atelier Pacifica is a design-led real estate development firm based in Malibu, California, building a portfolio of architecturally significant homes along the Southern California coast. We acquire, design, develop, and reposition single-family residences in the region's most considered enclaves — Malibu, the Palisades, and select neighborhoods on the Westside. Every project is approached with the rigor of an atelier: the architecture, the materials, the construction, and the finish all shaped by the same hands, from concept through final inspection. Our model is vertically integrated. We originate the opportunity, structure the capital, lead the design, and manage construction in-house — which is how we hold the line on quality, schedule, and cost. We work alongside aligned capital partners, including landowners and private investors, on terms structured for risk-adjusted returns and meaningful downside protection. Recent work includes 29200 Larkspur, a recently completed and sold ground-up residence in Malibu. Active projects include additional Larkspur properties, Bluewater, Poinsetta, Castle Heights, Cliffwood, Tabor, and San Yisidro. We prefer to let the work speak.
