Atelier Empresarial focuses on three areas of work: • Consultancies focused on Business Models, Value Proposition, Customer Development, Sales and Revenue Growth Management. We also develop Strategic Planning and Retail processes. These consultancies are aimed at boosting sales and profitability of our customers in a sustainable way over time • Capital investment. We are the factor that unites the opportunity with the resources. Through a process of developing the correct business model and the financial models that sustain it, it allows us to find the investment capital for future growth and establishment of new businesses. We are currently raising capital in three strategic corridors: Real Estate Developments, Industry focused on Exports and Tourism. • Transition of Business Patrimony. Currently in Costa Rica there is a significant number of companies that have reached a level of maturity and solidity. Its owners are faced with 2 possible ways: seek to capitalize the sale of their company or establish corporate governance and / or family protocol so that the assets are not only maintained but have sustainable growth to support their shareholders and leave it in good hands for the next stage of its development.
