Atelier dada is an independent architectural lighting design studio based in Paris. The studio explores light as a medium of perception, revealing architecture and transforming the experience of places after dark. Founded in Paris (2007) by Marie-Ikram Bouhlel, Atelier dada develops contextual lighting strategies for architecture, landscapes and urban environments. Each project begins with a careful reading of the site: its architecture, its uses, its atmosphere and its cultural context. Working internationally with architects, institutions and brands, the studio develops lighting concepts that combine technical precision with a deep sensitivity to the character of each place. Our ambition is simple: to use light with intelligence and restraint, revealing what makes each place unique and enriching the way people perceive and inhabit spaces at night.
