ATEL is a Not-for-Profit Company owned by its community. Our purpose is to achieve lasting benefits to the communities we serve rather than generate profits. We promote skill development through apprenticeships and traineeships assisting people to achieve sustainable employment and meaningful careers. Employing more than one hundred and sixty staff across six full-time offices we offer: A Group Training service that employs, trains and supports young people in apprenticeships and traineeships. An Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AusNAC) providing free support to apprentices, trainees and employers on behalf of the Australian Government. A Registered Training Organisation providing fee for service and Government funded training to individuals and industry For more than thirty years ATEL has contributed to our community's economic development by supporting and assisting young people to gain employment and valuable trade skills.
