With clients located throughout the United States and Canada, ATEC currently performs 400 to 500 appraisals annually, and conducts an average of 12 auctions per year. ATEC’s primary goal in any situation is to maximize recovery by implementing various methods of collection or liquidation which aid in the recovery process. This involve litigation, private sales, advertised foreclosure sales, or public auctions.
