ATC Design Group is a full service Architecture and Engineering firm serving the Western United States. We offer Architecture; Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design Services; as well as Land Surveying, Planning and Permit Expediting and Construction / Project Management Services in-house with ATC staff. We specialize in Retail Rollouts Re-branding / Re-imaging, Remodeling Programs, Real Estate Due Diligence such as ALTA Surveys, Property Condition Assessments and Entitlement Research. We have completed projects / programs for some of the nations largest retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe's, 99¢ Only Stores, PETCO, McDonald's, AutoZone and CSK Auto.
