We are Astriid and are experts by experience in long-term health conditions at work. We have first-hand knowledge of the barriers faced by the community we support. By combining our expertise with our one-of-a-kind research findings, we create bespoke support sessions, webinars, and downloadable resources for individuals living with long-term health conditions who are seeking accessible and sustainable employment. We also deliver renowned online training sessions and workshops for businesses and employers who recognise the value of embedding long-term health conditions and disability into their inclusion strategies. We focus on key areas including: accessible job adverts and job design, inclusive interviews, supporting employees in the workplace and inclusive language.
