Astraco is an independent advisory firm headquartered in Milan, Italy. It selects, executes and manages private equity investments in the Italian mid-market. Astraco operates through a structured, flexible and transparent model of Club Deal characterized by strong performance-related incentives. Astraco was founded and is managed by Nino Dell’Arte together with the Partners Bernardo Calculli, Nicola Avi and Laura Della Chiara. It began operating in January 2018 under the motto “Connecting Entrepreneurs for Growth”. Astraco’s Limited Partners are successful entrepreneurs of various industries. Within Astraco’s Club Deal structure, they assess each investment opportunity capitalising on their own industrial expertise and entrepreneurial experiences. They can directly and individually select those opportunities which they consider to be most attractive in term of potential value creation and expected returns. Astraco’s operating structure enables each Club member to invest in Italian non-listed companies in a conscious, flexible and transparent way.
