The Astoria Group is owned by the Shanahan family who have a proud history in development spanning more than 50 years. We undertake a range of projects including retirement villages, apartment and housing construction, land subdivision, commercial buildings and industrial estates. We are involved in all aspects of the development process, from master planning and design, through to construction, sales and management of the project. We retain tight control over the entire project from start to finish to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. All our developments have an in-house property services team to ensure our buildings are maintained to an exceptional standard.
