WE FABRICATE DENSITY REDUCTION TUNNEL (CHAMBER) FOR XPS insulation boards. Market dictates and engineers innovate and design, so did we. One of the task solved successfully by our engineers was to reduce the density of XPS Board by more than 10% of original density. Various technologies available into market like Vacuum and Water treatments were well heard of but none of these could give a desired result. We worked on extrusion lines of European and Asian origin with a limitation on minimum density achieved @ 28+Kg/CubicM against requirement of 24+/-Kg/CubicM. Years of hard work and targeted efforts resulted into design and fabrication of DRT (Density reduction Tunnel). DRT (Density Reduction Tunnel) is an add-on installation to the existing and operational XPS production line. It operates using special modes which lead to reduction in density of the XPS strip by 10%-20% of the original density proportional increase in volume of end product received at minimal additional cost and hence additional profit.
