Aster Chemicals and Energy (Aster) is an integrated energy and chemicals company, established as a joint venture led by Chandra Asri in partnership with the Glencore Group. Based in Singapore and operating across Pulau Bukom and Jurong Island, Aster brings together refining, petrochemicals, polymers, and mobility, including the Esso service station network, to deliver reliable, end-to-end supply solutions for partners and customers. With a refinery capacity of more than 300,000 barrels per day with ongoing asset rejuvenation, a 1.1 million metric ton naphtha cracker, and 2.5 million metric tons of downstream chemical assets, Aster combines scale with integration to ensure consistent product availability and operational reliability.
