AST SpA Information

Founded in 1951, AST SpA is one of the first Italian manufacturer of spring loaded safety relief valves, pilot operated relief valve and change-over valves. Since the very early days, the Company stood out for the technology and the degree of customization of its products. Over the years, AST has experienced a steady growth of sales by fostering a unique relationship with its customers made of closeness and listening to them. Thanks to the continuous support of its customers, AST has constantly grown during the years, consolidating the achieved know-how and developing new products. In particular, over the years, the production range has been expanded to cover control valve market, heavy duty control valves with special low noise and anti-cavitation trims and, recently, with complementary products such as steam desuperheaters and steam conditioning systems for power generation field.
